Paper-Based Test
This section contains resources for the paper-based test version of the career readiness assessments, a combination of the Work Ready and Essential Soft Skills assessments. WIN Learning’s Work Ready assessments includes three foundational academic tests: Work Ready Math, Work Ready Reading, and Work Ready Data. A learner who successfully passes the Work Ready assessment earns a Work Ready Credential. WIN's Essential Soft Skills assessment measures competency in work tasks and behaviors including: communicating effectively, conveying professionalism, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and thinking critically and solving problems. A learner who successfully passes the Essential Soft Skills assessment earns an Essential Soft Skills credential.
